Officers from the Louisville Metro Police Department executed a no-knock warrant on Taylor’s apartment back in March of 2020.
It’s been two years and no one has been charged directly with killing the 26-year-old EMT worker. However, testimony began today in the trial for former officer Brett Hankison, who’s facing charges of wanton endangerment for firing into a neighbor’s apartment.
