Shavon Arline-Bradley is the new head of the NCNW and has been leading several protests on the matter with a contingent of the organization's membership and others from various groups including men who are also passionate about the subject. Arline-Bradley says she is fighting against this conservative moment because “ when you fear something you try to destroy it.” She is under the belief that the fear of the anti-racism movement has to be addressed and overpowered.
