David Hogg is a very public figure with nearly 660,000 followers on Twitter. It would be absurd to imply that we cannot be critical of his ideas and his use of power.

In response to being personally insulted Hogg rallied his massive following to brigade the advertisers of Laura Ingraham.

I am not a fan of either Hogg or Ingraham but I want to stress a few points:

David's reaction was immature and disproportionate,

This boycott was NOT about the 2A rights but about him

being personally slighted, and lastly

The Parkland student activists are extremely influential having been the front of one of the largest protests in history.

We absolutely must be critical of their ideas and use of power as they push their ideals onto the USA.
