A woman in South Africa has been convicted of a speech crime and is being sent to prison. This stems from a viral video where the woman said the racial slur 48 times to police officers.
In the UK two teenagers were arrested for yelling racist things outside of a college dorm.
At what point should people be arrested for speech? At what point does speech become harassment?
