5:08Now PlayingI made this video a few days ago in Germany when I learned that Buzzfeed is planning another article of false allegations from unnamed sources. This time they are also pressuring the charities that I have supported for years, who serve millions of people in need. I feel compelled to take action.
It’s inconceivable to me that anyone would attempt to stop us from feeding another half billion people. (Over the last four years together, we had the privilege of feeding families nearly a half-a-billion meals in partnership with Feeding America and we will continue our relentless devotion.) We are also going to continue partnering with Operation Underground Railroad— it’s an extraordinary organization and together we have rescued nearly 2,000 children and women from slavery and human trafficking.
Rather than standby and let this happen, I am going to increase my efforts to make a difference. If you’d like to join us in supporting these organizations to serve even more people, and feel moved to make a contribution, I will TRIPLE your donations made within the next 30 days.
