as posted by the channelSome students at an elementary school (and their parents) obtained questions for an upcoming Geography bee in advance. The school found out. The school sent out a letter informing everyone that cheating had been discovered. The parents are sad that they and their children have been exposed as cheaters.
In today's case, the court looks at the letter that was sent, and determines whether the school can be held responsible for any of this.
