Anchor Brewing Company, a landmark of the U.S. craft beer industry, has made its last beers.

The self-proclaimed oldest U.S. craft brewery, founded in 1896, has stopped brewing and will continue packaging and distributing beer on hand throughout July, spokesperson Sam Singer said in a written statement Wednesday.
