The International Criminal Court is investigating whether Israel's military campaign against Hamas in Gaza amounted to genocide. Israel has vehemently denied the accusation, which stems from a case brought by South Africa in 2023.
The protester was forced out of the room by U.S. Capitol Police officers, and Rubio continued his opening statement.
