The island of #Cuba has been under the yoke of the Castro dictatorship for more than 60 years... A period of time during which the island has become one of the poorest countries in the Americas. Despite this, the Castro dictatorship has generally not had bad press, either in Latin America or in the rest of the world.

This is due, among other things, to political strategies such as the medical brigades. Cuba has sent thousands of doctors all over the world.
