This was reported by Navy spokesperson Dmytro Pletenchuk. As a result of the attack, operations at the Russian port are partially blocked until the damaged vessel is removed from the dock. According to Pletenchuk, two other railway ferries in this port are not operational: one is under repair, and the other, previously damaged "Slavyanin," is awaiting repairs in the Sea of Azov.
