25:31Now PlayingValeriy Klochok, head of the Vezha Center for Public Analysis @klochoktime, told Channel 24 that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin believes that Russia can slowly absorb Ukraine through a gradual offensive and exhaust Ukrainian forces. This was reported by the Institute for the Study of War. Military analysts believe that although the Ukrainian operation in the Kursk region seems to have had an impact on the Russian military at the operational level, it has not changed the strategic thinking of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. Meanwhile, Yulia Navalnaya has proposed a new strategy for the West on Russia ‘within internationally recognised borders’. Navalnaya emphasised that ‘whatever the future of Europe is, Russia will be in it’. Thus, she suggests that Europeans should not ‘support those who spread hatred’, help ‘good Russians’, and divide Russia and Putin.
