SPOILER ALERT!!
NOTE: I committed a bit of a gaffe in this video. I had to write and shoot it very quickly, and I failed to scroll down the page of the OED entry for "curious." I was still basically right about the word. =) I saw the connection to sense 4, "Ingenious, skilful, clever, expert"; but I now believe sense 7 is what was being used in Psalm 139: "Made with care or art; skilfully, elaborately or beautifully wrought."
