Ortiz attempted to get contact information for the man's family, saying that the agents had previously taken her husband without allowing him to call. One agent appeared to recognize her, claiming that he was one of the people who had arrested her husband.
"You guys are f---ing with people on Christmas," Ortiz said.
"That's tomorrow. It's Christmas Eve," an agent responded.
