"Ex-New York City mayor and former attorney of Donald Trump Rudy Giuliani delivered a bizarre Christmas morning message while dressed as Santa Claus.
Dressed up as Old Saint Nick, America's mayor released a video of himself Christmas morning in which he discussed how tired he was from last night's toy delivery escapade.
He also hurled some insults at famed reindeer Rudolph - with whom he shares a name.
'I'm tired. Long night,' said Giuliani kicking off the video. 'Thank you very much for tuning in and joining on our Christmas Day broadcast of Uncovering the Truth. Dr. Maria [Ryan] is with me remote from the North Pole.'"
