At Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman, we strongly believe the baby food litigation can be a primary force to effect change, ensure better public policy, and improve public health.
A 2021 government report found that baby foods from several manufacturers contain dangerously high levels of arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury. These toxic metals are linked to autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity-disorder (ADHD) in children.

Walmart Inc. (Parent’s Choice)
