YouTube Description
as posted by the channelParents throughout the nation may be wondering which baby food brands to avoid in the supermarket. According to consumer attorney Pedram Esfandiary, who helped take on Monsanto and won multiple verdicts, there are a couple of resources parents can turn to. One of the resources is the congressional report published in February of 2021 (link below), which lists the following baby food companies that make products containing “dangerously high levels” of heavy metals:
Nurture Inc. – Happy Family Organics and HappyBABY
Gerber
Sprout Foods Inc.
Beech-Nut Nutrition Company
Plum Organics
Hain Celestial Group Inc. – Earth’s Best Organic
Walmart Inc. – Parent’s Choice
Another resource parents can turn to is a report by an organization known as Healthy Babies Bright Futures (link below), which published a study in 2019 detailing the baby food products on the US market that contain the highest amounts of toxic heavy metals, as well as baby food brands that contain little to no toxic heavy metals.
Is organic baby food safe from heavy metals?
Many parents who feed their children organic baby foods believe they are going to be safer because they have the organic label on them. “Unfortunately, that’s just not the case,” says consumer attorney Pedram Esfandiary. “The congressional report found that organic baby food also contains substantial quantities of toxic heavy metals.”
What other choices do parents have when it comes to feeding their children?
Pediatricians recommend that parents feed children a diverse diet of home-cooked meals and minimize reliance on pre-packaged foods containing heavy metals.

The law firm of Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman is outraged by the recklessness of these baby food companies and we intend to hold them accountable in baby food heavy metal lawsuits. If you fed your child baby food from any of these manufacturers and your child developed autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or attention-deficit/hyperactivity-disorder (ADHD), you may have a claim.
