54. Fearlessly Failing: Kate Kendall

<p>You may know Kate Kendall as the active yogi. She’s one of the kindest spirits I know. Kate is the co-founder of Flow Athletic in Sydney (fun fact: I even taught some yoges there when I lived in Paddo). Kate’s also written a ripper yoga book called “Life in Flow” is a new mum to Alice aka “smidge.” We recorded this episode in person last year when we were both involved with Wanderlust the yoga festival. Kate had a raw chat with me around dieting, burn out, depression, being in a constant state of dullness and finding her purpose through yoges. Trigger warning: Kate opens up about eating disorders.
