<p>Today I got to chat with clinical nutritionist, photographer, food stylist and author; Sally O'Neil. I've known Sal for years and it's been so lovely to watch her grow not only personally, but also professionally. In this chat we cover all the bases; her story, health journey (trigger warning we talk about orthorexia in here which for Sal involved over exercising and undereating of extremely healthy food but it was a form of an eating disorder), we also talk about becoming a clinical nutritionist and some of her favorite health practices and supplements. We even touch on toxic relationships.
