0:17Now PlayingProst is putting the finishing touches on its newest Colorado taproom. The German-style brewery will open a new biergarten in Wheat Ridge on Monday, Aug. 3.
The Prost Biergarten will open in the new mixed-use Clear Creek Crossing development southwest of Interstate 70 and Highway 58, on the west side of Wheat Ridge.
Last year, Prost said the Wheat Ridge location will feature a 6,800-square-foot biergarten that includes an enclosed patio dining room for private events and a large patio with direct access to an adjacent park.
It'll offer 40 taps with a full lineup of biers, guest ciders and seltzer, cocktails, wine and non-alcoholic offerings. The facility will also be equipped with a kitchen offering Prost’s German-inspired food.
The biergarten is the Colorado brewery's fifth location, joining biergartens in Denver, Fort Collins, Highlands Ranch and Northglenn.
