Andy Lemann has renovated an old fibro house in the Southern Highlands to make it produce more energy than it uses.
The house has corrugated iron cladding, solar panels, insulation and double-glazed windows.
The renovation uses passive solar building design principles to maintain comfortable and consistent temperatures inside the house.
