Tahnee is the founder of Hand-n-Hand Peer Support, a service dedicated to assists healthcare workers experiencing wellbeing or mental health difficulties.

Starting as a small WhatsApp group, Hand-n-Hand quickly became a collective of more than 2,000 healthcare workers working to change the culture of workplaces all around the country — now an official partner of The Black Dog Institute.

Tahnee’s work has earned her the 2022 QLD Young Australian of the Year award.
