5:40Now PlayingDemocratic Sen. Kamala Harris said the Senate “fell short” in investigating Christine Blasey Ford’s allegation that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in high school. Harris said that the White House did not order the FBI to conduct a thorough investigation and that Americans have been left with “more questions than answers.”
Harris argued that Kavanaugh was not fit to evaluate the truth and that while “every man is entitled to the benefit of the doubt...no American is entitled to a seat on the Supreme Court.”
