0:59Now PlayingFormer special counsel Robert Mueller and his long-time aide Aaron Zebley were sworn in before testifying before the House Judiciary Committee on July 24. Mueller, who led an investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible ties to President Donald Trump’s campaign, agreed to appear before Congress, but warned he would not go beyond what was already documented in his final report. Republican Rep. Devin Nunes, the committee's ranking member, objected to Zebley being administered the oath, saying his appearance was untraditional and that Republicans members would not be calling on him. Zebley was added to the witness list a day before the hearing.
