Rep. Ben Cline, R-Va.,argued against an article of impeachment against President Donald Trump that accuses him of abusing his power. Cline said federal law allows Trump to take the actions he did to withhold military aid from Ukraine. The House Judiciary Committee on Dec. 12 considered revisions to the articles of impeachment and voted on whether to send those articles to the full U.S. House of Representatives. Democrats on Tuesday filed two articles of impeachment against Trump -- abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
