1:02Now PlayingFormer President Donald Trump responded to Vice President Kamala Harris’ claim during the presidential debate Tuesday that abortion bans are delaying families seeking IVF treatment.
“I have been a leader on IVF, which is fertilization,” Trump said. “When they got a very negative decision on IVF from the Alabama courts, I saw the people of Alabama and the legislature two days later voted it in. I've been a leader on it. They know that and everybody else knows it.”
According to the latest PBS News/NPR/Marist poll, more than two-thirds of Americans say they will watch all or most of the debate. While many voters have already made up their minds, 14 percent of Americans say the debate will have a great impact on which candidate they choose.
