BREAKING: LUIGI MANGIONE Judge Dismisses Top 2 Charges~ Attorney Review of Decision

NY v Luigi Mangione

Luigi Mangione, 26, is charged with the m*rder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City on December 4, 2024, and is facing charges in Pennsylvania, as well as State and Federal charges in New York. On December 19, Mangione waived extradition from PA and was flown to New York, where he appeared in front of a Federal Magistrate and pled not guilty to charges that could result in the death penalty: The Southern District of New York charged him with m*rder through use of a firearm, as well as two stalking counts and a firearms offense. On 12/23/24 Mangione was arraigned in New York Supreme Court in Manhattan, where he pled not guilty to first-degree m*rder, as well as two variations of second-degree m*rder and weapons charges. He faces the possibility of life in prison without parole on those charges.
