BREAKING: FITZSIMMONS APPEAL DENIED💥Adam Montgomery & Dennis Bateman Want New Trials💥Oral Arguments

After a 12-day trial in May 2007, a jury convicted Dennis Bateman on two counts of m*rder in connection with the strangulation death of Brandy Waryasz at a Deerfield, MA gas station. Brandy was 32 weeks pregnant and Bateman was also convicted of the death of her unborn baby, as well armed robbery. In his latest appeal, Bateman contends that he is entitled to a new trial because the MSP intentionally altered recordings of his statements to police, as confirmed by experts.
