On 11/10/84, Theresa Fusco, 16, of Lynbrook, Long Island, NY, left Hot Skates Roller Rink in Lynbrook in tears after being fired from her snack bar job, around 10pm. 3 men spent 18 years in prison after being wrongfully convicted of her SA & m*rder, and were cleared and released in 2003 through DNA. The Innocence Project took up their cases
On 10/15/25 Richard Bilodeau, 63, who works the overnight shift at a Suffolk County Walmart, pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder in the second degree after Nassau County investigators matched his DNA with the seminal DNA found on Theresa Fusco. Bilodeau lived with his grandparents in Lynbrook at the time of Theresa's disappearance.
