Most sports are seen as “belonging” to one community or another, and support for teams is split along community lines. But one pastime bring both communities together with no fuss and no aggravation. Nationwide visited Northern Ireland to hear from pigeon-loving clergy and visit the “pigeon Ponderosa” – a massive building housing 500 of the most pampered birds in Ireland, complete with a pigeon-themed stained glass window.
