CCB arrested 24 accused involved in the illegal sale of banned drugs!

ಸಿಸಿಬಿ (CCB) ಯ ಮಾದಕ ವಸ್ತು ನಿಗ್ರಹ ದಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಅಪರಾಧ ವಿಭಾಗವು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಲೇಔಟ್, ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ, ಜೆ.ಸಿ. ನಗರ, ಬಸವನಗುಡಿ, ಗೋವಿಂದರಾಜನಗರ ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಮರಾಜಪೇಟೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿತ ಮಾದಕ ದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ 24 ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಒಟ್ಟು 1.023 ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ಹೈಡ್ರೋ ಗಾಂಜಾ, 76 ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ಗಾಂಜಾ, 11.6 ಕೆ.ಜಿ. ಚರಸ್ ಮತ್ತು 121 ಗ್ರಾಂ ಎಂಡಿಎಂಎ (MDMA) ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇವುಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ₹2.08 ಕೋಟಿ ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಎನ್‌ಡಿಪಿಎಸ್ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರು ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಜಾಲಗಳನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲು ತನಿಖೆ ಮುಂದುವರೆದಿದೆ.

ನಾಗರಿಕರು, ಪೋಷಕರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಐಟಿ/ಬಿಟಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಇರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಮಾದಕ ದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸಂಶಯಾಸ್ಪದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣ 112ಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕೋರಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

The Narcotics Control Unit and Organized Crime Unit of CCB arrested 24 accused involved in the illegal sale of banned drugs across multiple police station limits including Kumaraswamy Layout, Hebbal, J.C. Nagar, Basavanagudi, Govindarajanagar and Chamarajpet.

A total of 1.023 kg Hydro Ganja, 76 kg Ganja, 11.6 kg Charas and 121 g MDMA, valued at ₹2.08 crore, were seized. Cases registered under the NDPS Act and investigation is underway to trace suppliers and networks.

Citizens, parents, students and IT/BT professionals are urged to stay alert and immediately report any drug-related information or suspicious activity to 112 for prompt police action.
