1:21Now PlayingWorkers have begun counting Minnesota's record number of absentee ballots.
For the first time, Ramsey County, where St. Paul is located, is giving the public a chance to see the count to make sure it's open and transparent.
There are 10 viewing spots for the public - four for Minnesota's major political parties, two for news organizations and the remaining four for the general public.
The counting will go on weekdays until November 10.
