It's the happiest time of the year. However, as the holiday season progresses, it is all too easy to overextend yourself. Because of this, The Health Coach Institute has put together a list of 20 things you may do for self-care this Christmas season.
Allow yourself some alone time. While it's always wonderful to spend time with family and friends, it's also critical to remember to take care of yourself in the midst of the chaos.
Staying active this holiday season is recommended by the Health Coach Institute, but getting enough rest is also recommended to avoid becoming sick.
Don't use the holidays as an excuse to eat too much or drink too much. It's enticing, but once the holidays are done, it's not worth it.
It's crucial to look after yourself throughout the holidays, especially with stressful family gatherings, extra spending on gifts, and attending holiday parties.
