However, I was pretty much mistaken. TFM is an IDIOT! I don't always get so mean with people but this guy definitely does not understand A THING about real estate.
The thing is most people misunderstand real estate investing. They believe the ONLY way to make money through real estate is through cash flow, which means, by renting it to people.
