In today's video, Captain Steeeve breaks down the crash of a Boeing 747 freighter in Hong Kong that tragically left two airport workers dead.
The aircraft, owned by ACT Airlines and operated by Emirates SkyCargo, ran off of the runway at Hong Kong International Airport on October 20, 2025, striking a patrol vehicle containing two airport staff before coming to rest in the water. The four-person crew miraculously made it out alive, but the plane was destroyed.
Captain Steeeve reviews what’s known so far and gives his own opinion about what could have caused this rare kind of accident. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families of those whose lives were lost in this terrible event.
