Body Worlds creator Gunther Von Hagens and his former right hand man Sui Hongjin set up their plastination factory in Dalian City, Liaoning Province in 1999, the same year as the start of a nationwide crackdown of Falun Gong adherents in China. And with no functioning organ donation system in China, and the greatest number of disappearances of Falun Gong practitioners happened in Liaoning, many have wondered if there's a connection. Ethan Gutmann has come up with a solution that could clear Von Hagen of these accusations that have dogged him for years-DNA testing of his still preserved corpses.
