The idea was first sparked in 2021 by Fix Dessert Chocolatier founder and CEO Sarah Hamouda’s pregnancy cravings, she told CNBC. The original chocolate bars are filled with a mixture of pistachio cream, kadayif (shredded phyllo dough) and tahini.
