YouTube Description
as posted by the channelIn 1971, a group calling themselves the Citizens’ Commission to Investigate the FBI broke into an FBI office in Pennsylvania.
Their cover? The heavyweight boxing championship — Joe Frazier vs. Muhammad Ali. With the country glued to the fight, they picked locks, grabbed over 1,000 classified documents, and walked out unnoticed.
Days later, those files landed on a reporter’s desk at The Washington Post.
Inside were revelations the FBI never intended the public to see — including proof of a secret program called COINTELPRO, used to surveil, disrupt, and destroy political activists.
