The rapper was shot and killed in Tampa, Florida, on June 23, 2024, while celebrating his birthday. Prosecutors say Andrews acted as a lookout and tracked Jones before he was ambushed in a hotel parking lot, where investigators say three gunmen opened fire, killing him and injuring three others. Andrews was convicted of manslaughter.
