The prosecution sat down and asked the defendant, George Pino, if he had something to say to her because he was staring. To which the defendant answered, “ I don’t want to say anything to you," and explained he was staring at something above her. Pino is currently on trial for the murder of a 17-year-old girl when his boat crashed in September 2022.
