Robinson is accused of fatally shooting Kirk in September 2025. One of the witnesses, a former Utah Valley University police officer, described what he saw after hearing the gunshot that killed Kirk. He also testified that investigators did not find any shell casings on the rooftop where prosecutors allege Robinson fired the fatal shot.
