He illustrated this by giving them a play-by-play of Super Bowl 51, when his team overcame a 25-point deficit to defeat their opponents, marking the largest comeback in Super Bowl history. He also urged them to challenge themselves, saying, "seek out more things that are just too hard -- things that will force you to grow beyond what you thought was possible for yourself physically, mentally, or emotionally."
