"You need to be informed about what you're saying," Secretary Mullin said to the congresswoman as she pressed him on detainee deaths.
"I am informed," she shot back.
"No, you're not," he replied.
The exchange caused Rep. Mark Amodei (R-NV), the chair of the Appropriations subcommittee, to threaten to postpone the hearing if the two couldn't be civil.
