President Donald Trump says he will not sign a bipartisan housing bill passed by Congress because the Senate has not passed a separate bill requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to vote, so the housing bill will become law without his signature at midnight tonight under the Constitution. We will talk about that and Congress returning from its holiday recess next week with Chad Pegram, Fox News Chief Congressional Correspondent. (5)
