7:57Now Playing🚨 SPECIAL HIGHLIGHT — This is a curated clip from the April 19th livestream of The Mop-Up. Not a live episode.
Kash Patel, drunk, paranoid, and screaming he's been fired because his computer password didn't work. The Atlantic magazine just dropped a profile of the FBI Director that reads like a wellness check report — and a SWAT team has actually had to perform one on him.
According to The Atlantic, Kash Patel disappears on benders, rages at FBI employees in deliriums of paranoia, and is forcing agents to take lie detector tests asking whether they've ever said something disparaging about him. White House and FBI sources tell The Atlantic that Trump is preparing to fire him — and that everyone inside the FBI cannot wait for him to go.
The April 10th meltdown happened because of a routine software update. Patel couldn't log in, panicked, screamed he'd been fired, cursed Trump, and started calling MAGA allies on Capitol Hill to accuse the President of pushing him out. It was a glitch. The IT guy could've fixed it. Instead the head of the FBI had a public breakdown.
Then there's the Poodle Lounge in Las Vegas, where Patel reportedly spends most weekends getting Trumpfaced. There's the photo op with the Olympic hockey team that nearly got him fired on the spot — Trump doesn't drink, his older brother died from alcohol. And there's the night Patel was so drunk he slept through his wakeup call, and a SWAT team had to break down his door to confirm he was alive.
This is the man running the FBI.
