This is the wrong question to ponder.

The question is not whether change will happen, we know it will. The question is what kind of change?

Is it change that we can control, that we can guide in the right direction, in accordance with our own traditions and beliefs?

Or will it be change according to lofty internationalist principles that care nothing for British welfare and British history?

That is the question you must answer.
