as posted by the channelπ₯ Michael Proctor's personal text messages have been described as "staggeringly anti-woman, racist, homophobic, and antisemitic" β and Karen Read's legal team is fighting to use them in court. STILL, what we heard today was more vile than anything you could have anticipated!!
In today's hearing, Read's legal team sought permission to use text messages found on Proctor's phone in a lawsuit Read intends to bring against Massachusetts State Police. Rosemary Scapicchio revealed for the first time the specific contents of just one of Proctor's VILE racist text messages. Proctor's attorney argued that his personal text messages require a continuing protective order because otherwise the information could be used to target Proctor, his family, and other witnesses.
Bob and Ali break down what happened in court, what it means for the civil case, and why the protective order fight matters more than most people realize.
