This video is a short update on the progress of the 30 Day Challenge after a week of making videos. I discuss some of the challenges of creating a new habit and the issues of consistency. I'll create periodic vlogs that talk about my life as I go through the challenge. I like the idea of having something to look back on many videos later to see my progress.
This has been a great challenge so far and I'm definitely running issues with keeping up consistency. I'm enjoying the comments and hoping I provide value on many levels. Thanks for sticking with me on it!
