Here's my February Goals video covering goals and what happened in review of the month. When I looked over everything I realized I needed to make serious improvements to my goal structure. My goal completion rate was only about 50% for this month, compared to about 85% in January.
I was surprised at the end of the month by how little I completed. I've changed three major rituals in my morning and daily practice to shore this up in March. Altogether, I'm disappointed in how this month progressed. I'm glad I started doing these videos so I can hold myself accountable and improve. The journey is going to have ups and downs. No matter where I'm at in life I will always have months where I need to improve. This was one of those. Staying positive for March. The changes will make a big difference.
