Joey Merlino discussed allegations of his involvement in various criminal cases. Merlino was previously charged with a violation of his supervised release, for which he served a year in prison. The charge was related to him having interactions with a convicted felon, a breach of parole rules. Vlad questioned Merlino about figures like Lewis Tara and Anthony Tura - both arrested for plotting to kill him. Tura was later shot dead outside a federal courthouse, a crime for which Merlino was charged but got acquitted of, as he states the jury did not believe the witnesses and the evidence against him was weak. He concluded by commenting on how most people who implicated him in crimes were themselves caught in illegal activities.
