Social media has fueled revolutions and social change, it's made people billionaires, it's cost people their jobs and it's created a new arena for hate speech and cyberbullying. For this Twitter Spaces conversation, we were joined by Raghav Mendiratta, a tech lawyer with Justitia, and Matthieu Boutard, managing director of Bodyguard, which built an app to fight online hate. Together they examined the global impact of social media, good and bad, and debated who should regulate it.

The conversation took place on October 26, 2022, and was hosted by Nelufar Hedayat.
